Main Reception

The Information Desk is located in the Atrium on the main floor of the New Westminster campus. Assistance is available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to direct students and visitors to classrooms and offices, and to provide general information about the JIBC and its programs and courses.

The New Westminster campus is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. It is closed on Statutory Holidays.

Lost and Found

The Information Desk on the main floor maintains a Lost and Found Directory. Lost items should be reported to the Information Desk complete with a full description and a means of contacting the owner.

Found items are to be turned in to the Information Desk. You’ll be asked where the item was found. Found items are kept for a period of four months only. After business hours, leave a note with the item at the Information Desk or with Security.
