JIBC Centre for Leadership

In rapidly changing and complex times, leaders in all sectors need to equip themselves with new skills and training to successfully manage their teams and organization, and plan for the future.

NEW Two Day Leadership Simulation Course - MGMT190 -
Leadership in Action: Moving Principles into Practice

Put leadership theory into practice in a real-world, real-time learning environment. In this immersive two day course, you will apply core leadership skills by participating in a simulated work-place scenario. You’ll have the opportunity to observe the impact of your leadership decisions, reflect on your strength as a manager and identify areas for future development. This course is ideal for Foundations of Effective Management and Leadership students wanting live action leadership skills practice, or for anyone wanting to learn more about their own leadership decision-making abilities.
